How long does it take to get an estimate done?
An estimate typically takes 20-30 minutes, but time may vary depending on the damage done to the vehicle and the amount of parts that need to be reviewed.
Will you accept my insurance?
Yes! Precision Body Works will accept and work with any and all insurance companies.
Why can't I get an estimate over the phone?
To give an accurate estimate, our estimators must be able to see and take photos of all the damage on your vehicle. There may be hidden damage that you are not able to see.
Do I need an appointment to get an estimate written?
No! Walk-ins are welcome any time during business hours. One of our estimators will be happy to come take a look at your vehicle for you.
Do you have a warranty on your work?
Yes! Precision Body Works guarantees all repairs for as long as you own your vehicle!
What are Precision Body Works' qualifications on repairing my vehicle?
All of Precision Body Works’ technicians and painters are I-Car trained and are Gold Level status. This is an industry standard training that is ongoing to ensure a quality repair on your vehicle.
Can you match my paint exactly?
Yes! Precision Body Works uses a computerized paint system that boasts 99.9% accuracy on color match. We take care of custom colors on your vehicle as well. Using a digital color camera, our highly skilled painters can identify what colors are required to mix the perfect paint color for your vehicle.
What if I don't want to go through my insurance—can I still get repairs done?
Absolutely! Precision Body Works can work directly with customers on any repairs that need to be done—no insurance required.
Will you work on the make/model of my vehicle?
Yes! We work on all vehicle makes and models, including trucks, recreational vehicles, boats, jet skis and motorcycles.
Once I drop off my car, can you give me a ride to work or home?
Yes! Precision Body Works has a complimentary shuttle service to take you safely to your destination.
What if I can't be without a car during the repairs?
No problem. After dropping off your vehicle for repairs, we will call the rental company and have them pick you up at our shop. From there, the rental company will take you back to their store and get you set up in your rental car. *Please be sure you check with your insurance company to be certain car rental is covered on your policy.
What is paintless dent removal?
Paintless dent removal is a procedure where the dent is accessed from the rear/inside of the dent and gently pushed out without compromising the paint.
